Optimise your logistics network with a single route

One route per driver brings together deliveries, pickups and returns to the merchant. Pickups and returns to the merchant are put in order, with an expected time.

How pickups and returns to the merchant are put in order

Five everyday situations and what the control centre does with each one.

  1. Every stop in its place

Gives each stop its position and expected time, as a loop: the route leaves the warehouse and comes back to it. The team sees the order before the vehicle leaves.

  2. Each merchant dock hours

If the vehicle arrives before the dock opens, the stop waits until it opens. If it cannot make it in time, the stop is flagged instead of promising an impossible time.

  3. What fits in the vehicle

Each route has its capacity in parcels, weight and working day, and you can see which of the three is the limit.

  4. What does not fit moves to another route

Stops that do not fit are spread across the other routes of the same day, without redrawing the zones.

  5. Returns to merchants on the same visit

If a merchant has a pickup and a return on the same day, both go in a single visit and in the same vehicle. If the return to the merchant ends up after the pickup, you get a warning.

Before leaving

Zones on the map

Zones (geofences) by customer, operator or fleet, each with the warehouse its routes leave from.

Forecast for the day

Parcels expected, scanned and unassigned, with the reason for each one: no coordinates, outside the zone or no capacity.

A checked plan

Every saved plan is checked by a separate validator, which recalculates it from scratch from what was saved.

Pickup indicators

Pickup rate, pickups within their window, stops completed and failed, and time spent in the warehouse.

Frequently asked questions

Are deliveries put in order too?

Deliveries already travel on the same route and the same list as pickups and returns to the merchant. Automatic ordering with an expected time applies today to pickups and returns to the merchant.

Do returns to merchants go on the same route?

Yes. If a merchant has a pickup and a return on the same day, they go in a single visit and in the same vehicle.

Where do the hours of each merchant come from?

From the dock hours the merchant declares. They are used to work out the expected time at each stop and to flag the one that cannot make it in time.
