How the connection works
A machine-to-machine API, built for your ERP, WMS or online shop.
Token and signature
Every request carries your account token and an HMAC-SHA256 signature with a timestamp and a unique value, so nobody can replay it.
Orders, one by one or in batches
Create or update orders with your own reference, cancel them while they are not finalised and check their tracking whenever you want.
PDF and ZPL labels
When you create the order you get the label links in PDF and ZPL, ready for any printer or a thermal one.
50+ statuses, in six groups
Every milestone has its own code. Group them by family for your dashboard or use them one by one for fine-grained rules.

Status webhooks
Your system learns about every change without having to ask.
- Dropium sends a POST to the URL you register for every new status of your orders.
- Each notice carries code, the status family, and detailCode, the exact milestone: map by detailCode.
- With retries on failure, and the tracking query as a fallback if your endpoint does not answer.
Proof of delivery
The delivery photo or signature, through a signed Dropium link: inside the delivered webhook or on request.
Test environment
A separate environment with test data to validate the integration before going live. Credentials are requested through Contact.
