Your system connects to Dropium once. Dropium spreads the work across the delivery companies in each area and sends everything back through the same connection.

Four legs, one history
Most incidents don’t happen inside a leg but in the jump to the next one. That’s why all four share one record, and every handover is logged with its proof.
- 01
First mile
Street pickups closed with the sender’s signature and photo, then warehouse intake where no parcel ends up in the wrong box.
- 02
Sorting
Every parcel scanned and assigned to its route, with a scanner or a phone camera. And every departure from the warehouse, with its proof.
- 03
Last mile
A list and a map for the driver, and every delivery with an identified recipient plus a photo or a signature. Cash on delivery too.
- 04
Returns
Returns wait in the warehouse, grouped by destination, until they leave with the return driver or are collected at the dock.
Messaging per task
The conversation lives inside the task
Every delivery, incident, route or stop has its own chat with the control tower. What is said stays on the order, not in a personal group chat.
- Only the person assigned to the task and the control tower take part. When the task changes hands, so does access.
- Text, photos and voice notes. Without coverage, messages wait on the phone and go out when the network returns.
- Everything stays on the order, next to its history: the data never leaves for a third-party messaging app.
One control centre and one field app
The TMS for the office and the Dropium app for the field, with one mode for the street and another for the warehouse. They share data, permissions and vocabulary.

The detail that decides it
A basement with no signal cannot stop a route
The Dropium app stores every action on the device and syncs it when the network returns. Delivering, signing and sorting work the same, with nothing written on paper.
- A visible outbox: the operator sees what is pending upload rather than guessing.
- Events are sent in the order they happened, not the order the network arrives.
- Signing out leaves the device clean, so it can be shared between shifts without carrying over the last one’s data.

Can I use only the TMS or only the app?
Yes. You can start with the control centre alone, the field app alone or the whole set, and add the rest later.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. The Dropium app, on the street and in the warehouse, stores every action on the device and syncs it, in the order it happened, once the network is back.
How do the driver and the office talk?
Through each task’s chat, with text, photos or voice notes between the assigned person and the control tower. Everything stays on the order, and without coverage messages go out when the network returns. See the task chat
How much does it cost?
It depends on the products you use, your monthly parcel volume, your warehouses and fleet, and the scope. There is no public price list: a thirty-minute conversation is enough for a firm quote.
Shall we see whether it fits your operation?
A thirty-minute demo on your own flow: first mile, sorting, delivery or returns.
